All items sold by Visiomed come with a minimum one-year warranty. In addition, certain items come with a warranty lasting more than one year; this information is mentioned in the description of the item in question
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. A purchase invoice or other proof of purchase will be requested in order to obtain an after-sales service, as per the warranty. This warranty becomes void if the product’s serial numbers are altered, replaced, illegible, absent or if a repair has been made unsuccessfully by an unauthorised repair service, including the user.
This warranty only covers defects in parts and materials appearing during normal use of the product. It does not cover damage caused during shipping or transport of the device, or damage caused by repairs made by a distributor, modifications made to the device, connecting equipment to the device that is not approved by Visiomed or use contrary to the instructions set out in the user guide.
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover damage linked to dropping the device, improper handling or installation, or damage linked to fire, flooding, lightning or any other natural disaster. This warranty does not cover equipment packaging, accessories, defects in appearance due to the product’s display for sale in showrooms, points of sale, demonstrations, etc.
Normal maintenance, cleaning and the replacement of worn parts due to normal use are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
Visiomed and its representatives and agents will not be held liable for miscellaneous damage and harm resulting from the product’s use or the inability to use this product. This warranty is the only warranty honoured by Visiomed; no other warranty (such as a commercial warranty) will be honoured.
The purchase invoice is required in order to use the Product warranty.
After-Sales service procedure
If you have any problems using our products or if they stop working, please contact our After-Sales Service Department by telephone at 0800680080 or by email (email@example.com) and describe the problem you encountered as well as the circumstances under which it occurred.
For all items in question, the customer must make a warranty claim with our After-Sales Service Department and receive a formal written agreement from Visiomed containing an Authorised Merchandise Return (AMR) number.
All product returns must include a photocopy of the invoice, a written description of the problem and the AMR number.
All returns must be shipped prepaid. Shipping of a faulty product will be paid by the customer. We recommend that you purchase adequate insurance to protect your package against loss or damage since products are returned at the customer’s own risk.

Any product returned to an address other than this one will be refused.
Processing by the After-Sales Service Department can take between 7 and 15 days. Our Customer Service Department will contact you if it takes longer than this.
